The Process
1. Purchasing
Contact us to confirm color and reserve your cart. We will then share our forms of payment and request an address to set up delivery day and time.
2. Payment
We do not provide financing. We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, or wire transfers. (Note that wire transfers are only permitted if delivery is set before the 2pm cutoff time)
Since banks often limit Zelle transfers to new recipients, please verify your daily limits with your bank before delivery. This applies to Venmo transactions as well.
PLEASE ENSURE YOUR FULL PAYMENT IS PREPARED PRIOR TO THE DRIVER'S ARRIVAL. WE REQUIRE TOTAL PAYMENT READINESS TO PREVENT OUR DRIVERS FROM WAITING ON-SITE WHILE CUSTOMERS MANAGE TRANSFER ISSUES.
We appreciate your consideration of our drivers' tight schedules and time.
A $200 non-refundable deposit will be required to initiate the tow. If cart price was not previously reduced or on sale, the deposit will be applied to full price of cart.
Delivery Disclaimer:
• Newport Rides partners with a professional third-party towing company.
• Our driver’s contact information can be provided for scheduling and delivery updates.
• Because drivers make multiple stops and traffic and weather are unpredictable, delivery may take approximately 4–6 hours.
• Newport Rides is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or additional stops.
• Our towing partners will always do their best to deliver your cart as quickly as possible.
Delivery timelines are typically same-day or scheduled within a couple days for most Orange County locations. We do not accept full payment of cart until cart arrives at your door. The non-refundable $200 is the only thing required to reserve the cart and schedule the tow.
How long does delivery take?

What are the delivery hours?
We offer adaptable shipping slots that fit your life. Our drivers work Monday_Sunday to help arrange a convenient drop-off for your cart
Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery fees are calculated based on your location if you are outside of Orange County. A non-refundable $200 deposit is required and included in the final purchase price, so there are no hidden charges.
Can I pick up my cart myself?
Yes, we offer a convenient in-person pickup option. Simply let us know at time of purchase, and we will coordinate a time that works best for you.
